Energy Readings  

An Energy Reading is a wonderful tool for assessing where you are right now in your life as your energy system and aura continually reflect your physical, mental and emotional states. The 7 major layers of your aura contain information about how you are experiencing survival issues, emotions, energy distribution, affinity, communication, clairvoyance and knowingness. Looking at the energy in these layers reveals further information about any issues, foreign energy, limiting messages or a charge from past experiences that may be interfering with what you want to create in your life.

We all take on other people’s energy at times, carry old family messages and societal beliefs, and hold pain from past experiences. Anything that is outdated or not our truth can get in the way of our freedom to choose what we truly want in our life. When this is gently pointed to with neutrality, it is acknowledged and can be released more easily.

Energy Readings do not involve future forecasting or advice giving. They are a hello to you as spirit, and a validation of your true energy while also highlighting any blocks in your space. Energy Readings on their own are very healing and empowering as they support you in owning your bigness and releasing what is not you. Energy Readings as part of or in conjunction with Transformational Sessions can assist you in ongoing awareness, growth and empowerment. They are available in person or over the telephone.

Having your own energy flowing helps you to release blocked emotions, built up tension and other people’s energy while creating space for you to fill up with your own unique energy.
