Energy Awareness

Introducing you to simple, yet potent Energy Awareness Tools support you to be aware of yourself as a spiritual being, be more present, centered and grounded, create healthy boundaries, release others energy, problems and emotions from your space, be in a state of ease and neutrality, shift heavy moods into lighter ones, and stay connected to your unlimited power, creativity and inner resources.

For further insight into how you are managing your energy system and creating your life experiences, an Energy Reading can be provided. To help you cleanse and balance your energy system and chakras, Energy Healings are also available.

Co-Active Coaching

Many practical coaching tools can be used to assess your needs, values and goals, deepen your learning and growth, assist you in perspective shifting in order to find creative solutions, and support you in creating empowering action steps to keep you moving forward toward your goals.

Transpersonal Counseling

Wellness counseling from a Transpersonal Psychology perspective may include inner awareness exercises to guide you to who you are beyond your body, mind and emotions, guided imagery to connect you more deeply to your purpose and passion in life, and creative expression to bring inner insights and experiences into physical form through writing, drawing or movement.
