Presence

Posted on July 1st, 2011

“As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others.” ~ Marianne Williamson

Your very presence has an impact on the world. Without doing or saying a thing, your energy emanates to those around you. As you fill with love, flow with certainty, and sparkle with enthusiasm, you add these qualities to the atmosphere.

We tend to think that we have to do or say something special in order to make a difference in the world. Yet it is sometimes the quiet, soft spoken one’s that have the biggest impact on people’s lives. Just being in the presence of someone with a high level of consciousness can transform your reality. Possibility

Posted on June 1st, 2011

“We have more possibilities available in each moment than we realize.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

possibilityPossibility is the space where our dreams wait to be manifested. As soon as we wish, hope, or envision an idea, it is created on an energetic level.

Our possibility space is bursting with a life’s worth of dreams and visions, which remain on an invisible realm until we either discard them or manifest them into physical reality.

This awareness in itself is enough to open our perspective to see more opportunities in life. Potentials for love, friends, finances, hobbies, career opportunities and whatever our heart and soul can dream up suddenly appear out of nowhere. Read the rest of this entry »

Healing

Posted on May 1st, 2011

All healing is first a healing of the heart.  ~ Carl Townsend

flowHealing is the process of our mind and body coming into alignment with the wholeness of our soul. As spirit we are whole, perfect and flowing with the source of creation. But with life pressures, limiting beliefs, and societal conditioning, our mind and body get off center, out of sync, and unbalanced. This leads to aches and pains, illness and suffering.

What we place our focus and attention on expands in our awareness and experience. Read the rest of this entry »

Centered

Posted on April 1st, 2011

“Flow with whatever may happen and let your mind be free. Stay centered by accepting whatever you are doing. This is the ultimate.”
Zhuangzi

centered-and-balancedCentered in yourself, in your life, in your very being brings peace, balance, and clarity. Yet with so many external distractions, to-dos, and responsibilities it’s easy to get off center and lose your internal focus.

We lean sideways searching for answers and guidance from without, we topple over trying to please others, and we tumble down slippery slopes of pleasure and despair. Whenever we give our power away to something outside of ourselves, whether it’s pleasant or not, we risk losing our center and essentially losing ourselves. Read the rest of this entry »

Direction

Posted on March 1st, 2011

“If we do not change our direction, we are likely to end up in the direction we are headed.” Chinese Proverb

directionYour destiny depends on the direction you set for yourself. If you consciously choose the path you want to follow, you’ll be less likely to give your power away to other people, situations and circumstances. And you’ll be more likely to rise above past conditioning and limiting beliefs.

We each have the ability to create a new reality for ourselves. One filled with an array of possibilities. When we listen to our heart and soul for direction, we enjoy every step of the journey. If we follow the lead of our logical mind, or worse yet, the logic of others, we risk getting sidetracked, stuck, or repeating old patterns.

We are the source of our joy and our sorrow, our ease and our struggle. It is up to us to determine what we want to experience and what direction will lead us there. Read the rest of this entry »

Focus

Posted on February 1st, 2011

“Only one thing has to change for us to know happiness in our lives: where we focus our attention.” ~ Greg Anderson

Stay FocusedThe very thing we focus on expands in our awareness, transforming our world view. Have you ever noticed how a few negative thoughts can lead to a dark, stormy day? Or how an inner sense of certainty can help you rise above obstacles?

If we have a strong focus, one that is anchored in the present moment and aligned with reality, we tap into a powerful source of energy. If we have a weak focus, one that ignores the here and now, and flits from one thing to the next, we drain our energy and feel scattered and confused.

We can choose where we place our focus. Read the rest of this entry »
