All healing is first a healing of the heart. ~ Carl Townsend
Healing is the process of our mind and body coming into alignment with the wholeness of our soul. As spirit we are whole, perfect and flowing with the source of creation. But with life pressures, limiting beliefs, and societal conditioning, our mind and body get off center, out of sync, and unbalanced. This leads to aches and pains, illness and suffering.
What we place our focus and attention on expands in our awareness and experience. So if we zoom in on the problem, illness or discomfort we tend to feel more of it. It dominates our life, controlling each move we make. But if we acknowledge its presence and breathe into it while bringing awareness to the health and wholeness surrounding it, we start the healing process.
The physical body knows how to heal itself when given a chance. Unfortunately, our ego mind tends to panic, worry and search for what’s “wrong.” This causes the body to tense up, go into resistance, and shut down the flow of healing energy. No wonder some health issues take so long to heal and require a myriad of remedies.
It’s the same with any life issue: emotional health, mental health, relationships, finances. Healing takes over when we place our attention and intention there. Like attracts like, so if we tune into the flow of energy within a stuck situation, the stickiness loosens to match the flow. Wherever there’s movement, rebalancing is taking place.
Insights into Healing
♦ What does health and wellness look like to you? What do you feel like when you are whole, balanced and healthy?
♦ What gets in the way of your health? Is it your priorities, responsibilities, resources, perspective, beliefs, attitude?
♦ What supports your healing? What thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and actions bring you relief, movement and resolution?
Inspiration for Healing
♦ Notice any aches, pains or problems in your life. Do these trigger worry, judgment, or resistance? What happens when you breathe into them, accept their presence, and expand your awareness to the health, flow and vitality surrounding them? Try this now.
♦ Health issues are a symptom of some imbalance - mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. Take time to look underneath the symptom and feel into what’s really going on. Ask your body or the symptom what it’s doing, what it wants, and what would support it to find balance.
♦ With any health issue, spend time each day bathing it in love, tenderness and appreciation. Thank your body for bringing your attention to an imbalanced area then tune into the energy vibration of balance, flow and wholeness. For non-physical areas such as relationships and finances, send a beam of loving thought towards these as well and watch them transform.

Hi Gini, alot of material on this website is very closely related to the teachings of OSHO. Have you ever heard of him? Were you inspired by him?

Hello Saurabh,
I have the OSHO Zen tarot cards which I used to enjoy using (haven’t used them in a while but they were powerful), so perhaps I was influenced by those.
My main influence comes from spiritual awareness classes at a place called the Leyline Center for Spirituality which was in Vancouver BC for around 25 years. The teachers all embodied neutrality, non-judgment, acceptance, and taught us to be aware of ourselves as spiritual beings connected to the source of all life. It was very empowering.
I do tend to see that at the core of all spiritual teachings is the same essence and truths.
Take care,
Gini
