Here are some of my favorite authors and book resources that have guided me along my journey of spiritual and personal growth. Click on the image or book links for more information.

Wayne Dyer is a sage of our times and offers powerful insights and exercises in book The Power of Intention. It’s a book I re-read often to help me stay connected to my source.

Wayne Dyer’s book, Inspiration: Your Ultimate Calling is another inspiring read. His personal stories and uplifting messages about connecting to Source energy remind me of who I really am.

Eckhart Tolle’s book The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment is written so simply, and yet has such profound wisdom that it literally blows past your mind and connects to your heart and soul.

Eckhart Tolle’s more recent book, A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose (Oprah’s Book Club, Selection 61), powerfully describes the ego, the pain body, and how to transcend these through acceptance and by moving into the present moment.

Marianne Williamson brilliantly condensed the teachings from A Course In Miracles in her book A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of “A Course in Miracles”, which I read many years ago but still remember the deep impact it had on me.

Barbara Sher sparked my journey years ago in discovering what I wanted to do with my life and how to get moving towards it with her wisdom and practical exercises in the book Wishcraft: How to Get What You Really Want.

Don Miguel Ruiz classic book, The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom, A Toltec Wisdom Book is written with such simple, yet powerful wisdom. I try to focus on one of these agreements each day as a way to master them.

David Hawkins book Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior helped me to understand the different levels of consciousness and how to use muscle testing as a way to discern truth from falsehood.
