flowHealing is the process of our mind and body coming into alignment with the wholeness of our soul. As spirit we are whole, perfect and flowing with the source of creation. But with life pressures, limiting beliefs, and societal conditioning, our mind and body get off center, out of sync, and unbalanced. This leads to aches and pains, illness and suffering.

When we are spiritually centered we don’t give our power away in order to impress others, people please, or fit in. We don’t join groups to feel accepted or to have a sense of belonging. We partner with others who resonate with our current beliefs, values and interests. We participate in romantic relationships, friendships, businesses, and groups in order to share and express our true nature. Read the rest of this entry »
